The Agincourt Canadians are proud to provide Online House League Registration for the upcoming
Fall 2008 - 2009 Season.  Please read the following details prior to completing the registration process.

***The Online Registration System is officially closed for the 2008-2009 season***
Should you wish to register please visit Don Montgomery Arena on Sat Oct 4th and 11th.

Important Information
Prior to accessing the online system, it is recommended that you have the player's Birth Certificate and a mode of payment readily available.  The online system is equipped to handle VISA and Mastercard.  Please note that failure to supply a Birth Certificate, passport or citizenship number will result in the application for the registration not being approved.

Step by Step Registration Guide

Required fields in the online system are indicated by an asterisk (*)

Step 1) For first time users, the online registration system requires a parent or guardian to register a household account.

Step 2) Once the household account is setup, the user can begin to register the player(s) which are categorized by the online system as "members".

Step 3) Once the "members" are registered, the user is required to enter their desired mode of payment.

Upon completion of the registration through the online system, the information will be sent to the registrar of the Agincourt Canadians Hockey League.  At this time you can expect to receive your first email from us that your registration was processed correctly and received.

Additional Information

Personal and Confidential Information
The online registration system is provided by a company known as Bladenet in partnership with Member Services Management.  They have combined to offer all players in the Scarborough Hockey Association a very secure registration system.  As a result, the system requires some personal information about the parent or guardian upon registration of the primary "household" account.  These requirements were designed as safeguards to help protect and prevent access to the personal information of your child without your explicit consent.

Email Address
The email address that you enter during the registration process will be the primary mode of communication between the league and the player(s).  This communication will include the initial confirmation of registration as well serve as a contact point for convenors of the age groups to advise of upcoming evaluation sessions and can also eventually be used by the coaches for team communications throughout the season.  For these reasons, it is important to ensure that the email address that is supplied is valid.  The Agincourt Canadians will not provide this address to unauthorized 3rd parties for means of solicitation.

Tax Receipts
With the addition of the Online Registration system, users are now able to generate their own tax receipt for printing through the website for the upcoming 2008 - 2009 season.  This tax receipt can be used to claim the Children's Fitness Tax Credit and will be available starting in February 2009.  Unfortunately the tax receipts will not be accessible prior to that date.

Refund Policy
The Agincourt Canadians will provide a full refund for players that wish to cancel their registration prior to September 30th however, from October 1st onward the refund will be pro-rated.  All refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee.

If you require further information on the new Online Registration system please email us: info@achl.net
